Delivery Policy
Our deliveries of bouquets are scheduled daily from 830am to 1030pm, Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays. Time slots subject to availability upon payment confirmation.
How early should you place orders?We recommend placing orders 3-5 working days in advance to avoid disappointment. This allows us to prepare fresh flowers and the best cuts. Do allow for more leeway if you require more customisation. As we try our best to cater to your delivery time slots, please allow our couriers some buffer time due to traffic conditions or unforseen circumstances. Magical Blooms SG will not be liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address, recipient not present or invalid contact numbers. An additional fee of $18 will be imposed for any re-attempt or re-direction of delivery, applicable on same day or next day delivery.
Midnight Surprise DeliveryWe love the thoughtfulness of a planned surprise as the clock strikes midnight, hence we are pleased to be offering midnight surprise delivery on your behalf at an additional fee of $15. Please contact us if you would like to make this special arrangement.
Restricted Areas
Kindly note that our delivery are to areas located in Sunny Singapore, except to the following restricted zones :
- Sentosa
- Tuas
